The campus consisted of three blocks of buildings and three playgrounds when it was first built in 1981.  A new extension was built on top of the school hall in mid-1990s to provide two extra classrooms, the Geography Room, the Lecture Room, the Social Worker Room and the Activity Room.   In 2006, as a result of the school improvement project provided by the Education Bureau, the St Magdalene Block was constructed at the site of the basketball court on 2/F. The 150th Anniversary Development Project further brought us the Charity Fung Auditorium which was transferred from the original rooms in the new extension on top of the school hall, expanded facilities in the St Magdalene Block, as well as four more classrooms donated by the Bethany Convent on 6/F.

At present, there are four blocks of buildings on the school campus.  There are 37 classrooms in the Classroom Block.  The Special Room Block consists of 6 Science Laboratories, the Health Care Room, the School Library, 2 Visual Arts Rooms, the Music Room, the Lecture Room, the Geography Room, 2 Home Economics Complexes, the Needlework Room, the Religious Room, the Bowring Centre and the Student Council Office.  The St Magdalene Block consists of a Video Conference Room, 2 Self-access Learning Centres, the 2 Computer Assisted Learning Centres, the Campus TV Studio, the Activity Room, the Staff Common Room, the School Publications Room, and a roof-top basketball court.  Besides the Tuck Shop, the Reading Corner, the School Heritage Corner and a gymnasium are also set up on the G/F of the school campus.  The Car Park, the Chapel and the Sisters' residence are also found on the campus.
