The School is offering six Secondary One classes in 2023-2024. The number of Secondary One discretionary places for the 2023-2024 academic year is 59. Applications for discretionary places are open to all Primary Six students.
A. Application Procedures
1. Download the application form and the guidelines for application.
2. Submit the following items to the School in person / by post / via the SSPA e-Platform between 3 January and 17 January 2023.
(i) A completed Application Form with two recent photographs affixed to the designated boxes.
(ii) EDB Application Form for S1 discretionary places.
(iii) Two self-addressed stamped envelopes for follow-up correspondence
(iv) Photocopies of all supporting documents (including copies of the Primary 5 Annual Report Card and Primary 6 First Term Report Card, certificates of achievement, etc.)
3. Upload the two self-introduction videos to YouTube and submit the YouTube links via email to shcc_s1_dp@ecampus.shcc.edu.hk on or before 17 January 2023. (Please press here for the procedure to upload to YouTube.)
4. Please bring the student’s original HKID card for verification (when submitting the application in person / on the interview day for application by post or via the SSPA e-Platform).
Recommendations from teachers / Head of primary school are not required. (Applicants applying for consideration of special talent are required to submit one reference letter.)

C. Interview
The interview of S1 Discretionary Places will be held on 11 March 2023 (Saturday). A confirmation letter will be sent to individual applicants.
Selected applicants for consideration of special talent will be invited to attend an interview on 18 February 2023 (Saturday). They will be informed in early February.
D. Release of Results
Parents of successful applicants will be notified by mail and by phone on 31 March 2023.

2023-2024年度中一自行分配學位
本校於2023-2024年度共開設六班中一，自行分配學位數目為59，所有應屆小六學生皆可申請。
甲. 申請辦法
1. 下載中一自行分配學位申請表及申請須知。
2. 於2023年1月3日至1月17日期間親臨本校 / 郵遞 / 透過「中一派位電子平台」遞交已填妥的申請表及所需文件：
(i) 已填妥的本校中一自行分配學位申請表，並於指定位置貼上近照。
(ii) 教育局的中一自行分配學位申請表。
(iii) 已貼妥郵票之回郵信封兩個。
(iv) 所有證明文件副本（包括小五學年成績表及小六第一學期成績表、證書及獎狀等）。
3. 上載英語自我介紹視頻及普通話自我介紹視頻至YouTube。（有關上載YouTube教學請按此。）
4. 請帶備學生身份證正本以作核實。（透過郵遞或「中一派位電子平台」遞交申請表者，請於面試日帶備身份證正本以作核實。）
申請人不需要提交小學推薦信。（如申報專項才能，則須提交相關推薦信一封。）

丙. 面試
中一自行分配學位面試將於2023年3月11日（星期六）舉行。校方將致函通知申請人出席。
專項才能面試於2023年2月18日（星期六）進行，經甄選的申請人將會獲邀出席。校方將於二月初通知有關申請人。
丁. 公佈收生結果
本校將於2023年3月31日以郵件及電話通知正取學生家長自行分配學位結果。
戊. 2023年3月31日後之查詢
家長可於2023年4月4日（星期二）下午四時前向本校提出查詢。(查詢表格)
