1. Application Procedures

Applicants are required to download the application form, complete and submit it together with the following documents

(a) photocopies of the report cards of the last two school years,

(b) photocopies of relevant certificates, achievements in special talents and services of the last two school years, and

(c) photocopies of the applicant’s Birth Certificate/Identity Card/other documents of Identity

(d) a crossed cheque of $75 payable to “THE IMC OF SACRED HEART CANOSSIAN COLLEGE”

to the School Office in person by post or in person during school hours* on/before 30 Apr 2026.

* School office hours:

            Monday – Friday                                 9:00 am – 12:00 noon

                                                                          1:00 pm – 4:00 pm

            Saturday                                               9:00 am – 12:00 noon

            Sunday / Public holidays                    Closed

2. Written Examinations

Applicants will be invited to sit for the English, Chinese and Mathematics written examinations tentatively scheduled on 9 May 2026 (Saturday).

3. Interview

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend an interview, which will be conducted in both English and Cantonese, by mid-June 2026.

4. Release of Results

Successful applicants will be notified by phone on or before 13 July 2026.

5. Application Fee

An application fee of $75 will be collected for administrative purposes.

Note:

(1) Late applications will not be accepted.

(2) All documents collected will be disposed of after the application process.
