The Prize Presentation Ceremony was held on Friday 12th July 2024. On this remarkable day, we celebrated the outstanding achievements of individual students, student organisations and teams. It was a privilege to have the presence of Sr Agnes, our School Supervisor and guest of honour, Mr Benny Cheuk, Chairperson of the Parent-Teacher Association, and Ms Kitty Chan, Activities Secretary of the Alumnae Association on this occasion. Their presence added an extra touch of honour to the event, making it truly special and memorable.

It was our pleasure to see a remarkable number of students receiving prizes and awards presented by our ceremonial party. After the presentation, Sr. Agnes delivered an inspiring and uplifting speech to the entire school. Her words resonated deeply, instilling encouragement and motivation in all who listened. She took the occasion to announce her retirement as the school supervisor, as well as that of Sr Veronica as the school principal. With this, Sr Veronica will become the new school supervisor and Miss Renie Sinn will be the new principal of SHCC from the 2024-2025 academic year.

The ceremony included a special moment to recognise the exceptional dedication and care of our retiring teacher Ms Rosa Choy, our School Principal Sr Veronica, and our School Supervisor Sr Agnes, along with leaving teachers Ms Hailey Ng, Ms Tracy Cheung, Miss Carol Lee and Mr William Yuh. It was a heartfelt moment to express our appreciation for their unwavering commitment to the growth and well-being of our students.

To bring the ceremony to a close, we sang our school song in unison, creating a sense of unity and pride. As we bid farewell to this memorable event, our spirits were uplifted, filled with optimism and excitement for the bright future that lies ahead.
