On 3 November, the Catholic Formation Core Team and student helpers pitched their game booths at Victoria Park in a bid to support Caritas Charity Bazaar, an annual charity incentive. The Bazaar was a 63-year-long commitment to involve the public, the schools and the parishes to raise funds for charity initiatives that benefit the local community in different shapes and sizes.
Our student game booths were awarded second place in Game Design Competition. The event fostered love and charity, the core values of Sacred Heart Canossian College. It further deepened the participants’ understanding of our school theme ‘Earnest Thoughtful Citizens’. In action, students stood in solidarity with the local community. They shouldered the responsibility to help the underprivileged through an engaging experience in a bazaar.
