The Forum on Election of Student Council Executive Council and Prefects Board was held on 9 September 2025.

Four candidates: Hailey Choi (5A), Sophie Lam (5D), Queenie Kong (5F) and Justine Wong (5F) ran for the Head Prefect. They began by giving their introductory speeches on essential qualities of the Head Prefect. After the speeches, each candidate continued to perform well during the question-answer session, telling the audience about the skills they must develop to improve their leadership. All of them asserted that they wanted to be considerate leaders, be more supportive and flexible. They also encouraged all schoolmates to share their problems. All four candidates wanted to create a harmonious and inclusive environment for everyone. They finished with their concluding speeches.

Following on, Amicitia, the Student Council 2024-2025, gave a report on their achievements in office, sharing great moments of the events while offering suggestions to the new cabinet on organising similar activities. Soluna, the only proposed Student Council cabinet in 2025-2026, presented their exciting plan for the year. Soluna aims to create opportunities to blend a supportive, comprehensive and harmonious school life as well as encourage students to extend their social circle and help them learn beyond the classroom.

The election for Head Prefect and Student Council Executive Committee was held the next day, with the newly elected Head Prefect and Student Council Executive Committee making their appearance on 15 September 2025 at the Installation of Student Leaders in Office ceremony.
