Official Statement Regarding the Online Circulation of a Student Video,
Online Rumours, and Media Inquiries
In response to recent media inquiries concerning an old video circulating on social media involving students from our School, as well as the various online rumours, the School issues the following formal statement to clarify the facts and outline our investigation and follow-up actions:
1. Upholding a “Zero Tolerance” Stance and Enforcement of Strict Disciplinary Measures
The School has always maintained an unyielding “zero tolerance” policy toward any form of campus bullying, cyberbullying, or violent behavior. The incident shown in the footage occurred during an after-school tutoring class during the 2024–2025 school year. Upon discovery, the School launched an immediate follow-up investigation and completed formal handling procedures. No one sustained physical injuries during the incident. The School strictly reprimanded and educated the relevant students, underscored the severe misconduct of their actions, and issued appropriate disciplinary sanctions in accordance with school rules. Furthermore, to safeguard student welfare, the School has replaced the external service provider for that specific tutoring curriculum for the 2025–2026 school year.
2. Addressing the Online Publishing of the old video and Secondary Victimization
Regarding allegations that the old video was recently published online by an involved party with dismissive commentary, the School views this development with the utmost seriousness. Any form of cyberbullying, online retaliation, or public shaming—including the filming of related footage or the uploading of historical conflict video—constitutes a grave violation of school regulations. The School is currently conducting a thorough investigation into this digital dissemination event. Once verified, the matter will be handled strictly in accordance with school rules and established procedures.
3. Navigating Adolescent Education Challenges in the Digital Era
The School deeply recognizes that in today’s technologically advanced era, where smartphones and social media platforms are ubiquitous, both the education sector and parents face unprecedented challenges. The online expressions and behaviors of adolescents are highly fluid. When historical campus conflicts are amplified or even distorted due to digital footprints, it highlights the urgent need for comprehensive digital literacy education. The School is committed to constantly evolving its digital literacy and character education to guide students toward responsible online behavior with proper moral values.
4. Immediate Safety Assurances and Psychological Counseling Support
Following the incident, the School immediately arranged for counseling teachers and school social workers to provide prompt emotional support and appropriate psychological counseling to the affected students, ensuring their physical and mental well-being and helping them maintain a normal school life. The School will also maintain close communication with the relevant parents to ensure the students receive continuous and comprehensive protection.
5. Appeal for Public Understanding and Protection of Minors
We earnestly appeal to the media and the public for their understanding and patience as we navigate this unfortunate incident. As all individuals involved are minors who are still learning and growing, we urge everyone to grant them the necessary space to reflect and heal. Please refrain from forwarding, commenting on the video, or publishing the personal data of any minors, so as to avoid causing further secondary trauma to the children and their families.
We trust that good discipline and strong moral character are the bedrock of a student's healthy growth. The School will continue to strengthen moral character education, enhance students’ empathy and legal awareness, and work closely with parents to jointly build a safe, healthy, and harmonious campus.

就近日媒體查詢網上流傳一段涉及本校學生的舊影片，以及由此引發網上的失實傳言，本校現發表以下正式聲明，以正視聽並交代校方之調查與跟進工作：
1. 秉持「零容忍」態度與嚴肅依規處理：
本校向來對任何形式的校園欺凌、網絡欺凌或暴力行為均持嚴格的「零容忍」態度。影片涉事片段發生於 2024-2025 學年的課後補習班。校方當時得悉後已即時啟動跟進調查，訓導老師亦已面見相關學生，並按既定程序完成處理。事件中沒有人身體受傷，學校當時亦已嚴肅教導涉事學生，嚴正闡明其行為的不當之處，並按校規作出適當處分。為保障學生福祉，學校亦已於 2025-2026 學年更換有關課程的承辦機構。
2. 回應上載舊影片及二次網上欺凌質疑：
針對有傳言指涉事同學在接受校方處罰後，近日在社交媒體發佈相關影片並發表不當言論，校方對此高度重視。任何形式的網絡欺凌、尋釁或公開他人隱私之行為（包括拍攝相關之影片或最近的上載行爲），均屬嚴重違反校規。 校方正就此網絡傳播事件展開深入調查，一經核實，定必按照校規及既定程序從嚴懲處，絕不姑息。
3. 面對網絡時代青少年教育的挑戰：
校方深切體會到，在現今科技發達、智能手機與網絡社交平台普及的時代，教育界及家長均面臨前所未有的重大挑戰。青少年在網絡世界中的言行多變，當過往的校園衝突因網絡痕跡而被再度放大甚至被扭曲時，更反映出跨網絡素養教育的迫切性。校方將持續優化資訊素養與品德教育，引導學生建立正確的網絡價值觀。
4. 即時保障與心理輔導措施：
事件發生後，本校已即時安排輔導老師及駐校社工，為受影響的學生提供即時的情緒疏導與適切的心理輔導支援，以保障其身心安全，並協助其維持正常的校園生活。校方亦會與相關家長保持緊密溝通，確保學生獲得持續及全面的保護。
5. 守護和諧校園與保護未成年人：
由於涉事者皆為未成年學生，我們懇請傳媒及公眾給予涉事學生適切空間，切勿轉載、評論相關影片，或發布涉及未成年學生的個人資料，以免對涉事學生及其家庭造成更大的二次傷害。
良好的紀律與品德是學生健康成長的基石。學校會繼續加強學生的品德教育，提高學生的同理心與守法意識，並與家長緊密合作，共同構建安全、健康和諧的校園。
