Build A Smart City Competition 2025, organised by the Faculty of Construction and Environment of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, challenges participants to develop innovative solutions that transform Hong Kong into a smarter and more sustainable city, while contributing to carbon neutrality goals at their own secondary schools.

Congratulations to Kwan Wing Hei Angie (5E), Fan Wenxi Hailey (5A) and Huang Alice (5B), who are the champion team of the Competition. The team proposed an inventive concept of powering our school campus with kinetic energy floors to harness everyday movements and convert them into usable energy. Their vision emphasises energy conservation and the integration of green technologies to advance environmental sustainability.
